Domestic Shipping
Items are shipped with the option of either USPS Ground Advantage Mail or USPS Priority Mail.

The cost of Ground Advantage Mail is based on the total weight of the package and includes basic tracking but does not include insurance.

The cost of Priority Mail is also based on total package weight and includes a tracking number and standard insurance.
When your item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped with the option of either USPS First-Class Mail International or USPS Priority Mail International.
The cost of First-Class Mail International is based on the total weight of items ordered and includes basic tracking for select countries only but does not include insurance. First-Class Mail is available for orders totaling under 4 lbs (64 oz) in weight and under $400 in value. See list of countries eligible for USPS Delivery Confirmation here.

The cost of Priority Mail International is based on the total weight of the package. Priority Mail International includes a tracking number and standard insurance (up to $200). When your item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Any duties, taxes or fees for international orders are to be paid by the customer. Credit/debit card payments are processed with Square; foreign transaction fees may occur. ASAHI CREW is not able to track packages once they are outside of the USA and is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages outside of the USA, so please select your shipping option carefully and contact your country's postal service with any inquiries.
Return Policy
Returns are not accepted except in the case of quality issues with the product or incorrect merchandise reported within 7 days of delivery. Item is not eligible for return if it has been worn, washed, used, dried or stained in any way, or if it contains odors such as cigarette smoke.
